Do I need my prescription number to call in a refill?

Yes — the automated phone system will ask you to enter your prescription number. You can find it printed on your prescription bottle label.

I'm not on the Rx Local app yet — can I still refill?

Absolutely. Just call us at 919-240-4084 and use our automated phone refill line, or give us a call and we can help you get set up on the app for next time.

How will I know when my refill is ready?

We'll notify you once your refill has been filled and is ready for pickup. If you have questions on timing, feel free to call our pharmacy team directly.
