About the Role
π What You'll Do
- Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Assist patients at the counter and over the phone with warmth
- Handle insurance billing and prior authorizations
- Manage inventory, stocking, and ordering
- Support our compounding department (training provided)
- Work with RxLocal for refill requests and patient messaging
- Take initiative β spot problems and fix them without being asked

- NC pharmacy technician registration (or willing to obtain)
- Self-starter who owns their work and leads without being asked
- Warm, patient-first personality β our community expects the best
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Prior pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required
- Pioneer Rx experience is a strong plus

This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. There are no overnight shifts β ever.

You must be registered with the NC Board of Pharmacy or be willing to obtain your registration. The fee is only $30. We will guide you through the process if you are not yet registered.
